TELEMATIC ANNOUNCED A THIRD DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR

The main Bulgarian index SOFIX increased this week by 0.14% to 1066.97 points. The broad index BGBX40 increased this week by 0.53% to 193.88 points. BGREIT increased by 0.47% this trading week to 229.27 points.
Corporate News
Telematic Interactive (TIB) had a GSM on 25.09.2025 where a dividend for BGN 0.28 per share was approved, bringing the total dividend yield for the year to 4.37%. On another point, they approved a program to stimulate employees with over one year in the company with shares of the company.

Telematic Interactive dropped out of SOFIX on 23.09.2025. The worries that the management is not doing enough to expand on the markets of Peru and Kenya remain as no significant disclosure has been made regarding efforts, strategies and results. The announced dividends are lower than the expectations, but in the same time, the shrinking profitability metrics, as disclosed on our quarterly reports, leave little room for maneuvering.

Sopharma Properties (SFI) announced a dividend in the amount of BGN 0.21 per share or 2.3% dividend yield.

MGF Invest (MFG) announced that one of their portfolio companies – IcanPreneur OOD has made the decision to get bridge financing for the maximum amount of EUR 400,000 and as of 24.09.2025 EUR 230,000 has been raised. The funding will help the company accelerate growth and prepare for a next financing round in the next couple of years. The company develops a platform for accelerated process to reaching markets focusing on IT startups and product teams in matured companies. The IVA virtual assistant helps with the search for solutions, as well as the development of strategies for market penetration.

Sopharma (SFA) announced that their sales for August have outpaced the sales for the same month last year by 10%. Year to date, the sales have grown 5% derived from the 11% export growth. In the same time, domestic sales fell 3%.

Stara Planina Hold (SPH) announced sales till the end of August. It is clear that they have managed to weather the negative macroeconomic environment, which had stifled growth over the last year as they are marking sales increase. Sales of their main company M&S Hydraulic (MSH) have growth 1.5% to over BGN 93mln, sales of Hydraulic Elements and Systems (HES) have growth 6.95% to BGN 53mln. On the contrary, Elhim Iskra (ELHM) sales dropped 13.63% to BGN 20.7mln and Bulgarian Rose (ROZA) sales dropped 5.42% to BGN 3mln. Overall, the holding marked sales increase of 0.36% to BGN 176.7mln.

 

 Economic News

ü  The number of tourist arrivals in Bulgaria increased by 6.3% year-on-year to 2,269.9 thousand in August 2025, following a 5.6% rise in the previous month. An increase in the trips with all observed purposes was registered, with the majority of visits for holiday and recreation purposes (52.9%), followed by trips for other purposes (42.1%), and professional purposes (5%). The EU accounted for 59.5% of the total visits to Bulgaria, with the largest number of visitors coming from Romania (31.4%), followed by Germany (19.6%), and Poland (7.9%). Arrivals from other European countries constituted 32.6% of the total, mainly from Turkey (45.3%).
