Agria Group (AGH) announced they have acquired 20,000 shares of the capital of Energy Solar Technologies AD via its subsidiary Bora Energy EOOD. The amount is 33.33% of the total capital of the company, which develops and operates solar energy production parks.
Herti AD (HERT) announced results for Q4 2024, where sales drop with 1.7% YoY to BGN 71.7mln. Operational expenses, however, decreased by 3.6% to BGN 64.4mln, which lead to increased profitability and Net Income increased to BGN 7.3mln or a 36.5% YoY jump, where Net Margin became 10.2%. Webit Investment Network (WIN) announced a GSM on 26.02.2025, where, among others, the decision to not distribute dividends for 2023 will be voted. MFG Invest AD (MFG) announced that they had paid the planned investment in Eleven Fund III Cooperatief U.A. in the amount of EUR 100,000 and with that the amount of invested funds in it have reached EUR 770,000. Eleven Fund III is the third fund of Eleven Ventures, which has a capital of EUR 60mln and seed and pre-seed investments in South East Europe. As of September 2024, there are 32 investments for a total amount of EUR 32mln, covering companies such as Almacena, BeMe AI, Bibe Coffee, Biopix, CoLumbo, FlatAway, Flow, Frisbo, Native Teams, etc. Monbat AD (MONB) announced that they have made the last principal repayment of their outstanding bond in the amount of EUR 14,475,947.64. Sopharma AD (SFA) announced preliminary results for 2024, where they had sales dropping 5%. While domestic sales increased by 5% YoY, exports, primarily from the markets in Russia, dropped by 11%.
ü Bulgaria’s current account deficit widened to €278.7 million in November 2024, compared to €229.7 million in the same month of the previous year. The goods account deficit grew to €764.2 million from €609.3 million a year earlier, while the services surplus decreased to €449.8 million from €570.1 million, and the secondary income surplus fell to €83.8 million from €100.1 million. On the other hand, the primary income deficit narrowed significantly to €48.2 million from €290.6 million. |
